ACCEPTED METHOD OF PAYMENT
Credit Card
The reservation can be confirmed only by providing the hotel with the guest’s valid credit card number and expiration date (Pre-Authorization may be necessary). Full payment will be made upon arrival at the hotel.
Bank Deposit
Reservation is only confirmed after a down payment has been deposited in the bank account of the hotel.
25% of the total is required for a reservation of two (2) days or more
All the amount is required for a reservation of a (1) day
The hotel reserves the right to cancel unverified reservations if there are no valid credit card or deposit details.
Please keep your bank deposit slip proof for demonstration upon arrival at the hotel.
By making a reservation, you declare full knowledge of the hotel’s booking, payment and cancellation policies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
For cancellations from 20 days to 4 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost of the reservation is charged.
For cancellations from 3 days prior to arrival to the day of arrival, in case of no show or in case of a reduction of the stay, total cost of the stay will be billed to your credit card.
CHILDREN’S POLICY
Children aged 2yrs or under stay free in room with parents or grandparents. Children’s bed is provided free of charge, subject to availability.
UNREGISTERED EXTRA GUEST
Overnight stay of visitors of guests is not allowed on the Hotel’s premises
